Maddie’s Story of Encouragement
This is Maddie. She is seeking some encouragement. She’s just got one month before this baby comes (her first!) and she’s feeling both excited and terrified. She’s trying to concentrate on her job, at least for a short while longer, but it’s really hard to stay focused when all she can think about is holding her baby girl! Maddie has been meeting with her doula, and it’s so reassuring to know that she’ll be there for support when the time comes. Maddie and her husband are out for a walk tonight, and although she’s waddling a bit, it feels so good to be outside and to move her body! As she looks up at the full moon, she feels invigorated and lifted up. Inspired. She knows she’s surrounded by love.☽
