Moonly Mojo works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship orders. The team is operating with a smaller crew, and taking all precautions to keep employees safe during the pandemic by following CDC and other guidelines.Fulfillment time is in addition to whichever shipping method you choose during checkout. Shipping is available to most countries. Clicking on the link above for fulfillment times will also show you a list of countries we cannot ship to at this time due to Covid-19.
Different items we sell ship separately to ensure that they will arrive safely. They are created by separate teams that specialize in making that item, so production times are slightly different for each type of item we sell. So, if you order all t-shirts, they will ship together. If you order a t-shirt and a mug, they will ship separately. If you order items that will ship separately, the shipping charges you pay will take this into account. Please contact me if part of your order is missing, and I will track it down and get back to you.
It is possible, depending on your country, that you will owe duties, taxes, import or other fees. Moonly Mojo has no way to control or prevent these fees, as they are not assessed by us. They are assessed by the destination country. You should plan to pay these fees in order to retrieve your package, and please note, customs fees or import duties are not included in the shipping fees charged on this website for your order.
Please contact me as soon as possible. You must contact me within two weeks (14 days) of your delivery date to make a claim. I will require a photo showing the damage. Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you. Please do not throw away the damaged item or its packaging until the matter is settled.
