Returns & Exchanges:

  • Unhappy with your purchase? Let's fix that! Contact me within 30 days of delivery (as per courier report) for an exchange or store credit (in the form of a discount code). We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Get Approval First: Please email me before sending anything back. The return address on your package might not be where returns should be sent.
  • Keep it in Original Condition: By all means, try on your items. But if they show signs of wear (think stains, smells, or damage), I won’t be able to accept your return. Think of it this way: if you wouldn’t gift it to a friend in its current state, it’s probably not return-ready.
  • Clearance Items: Items that were marked "Final Sale" are yours to keep and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to me, and I recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Exchanges Made Easy:

  • Simple Swap: Exchanging for a similar item (like a different size or color of the same t-shirt)? I’ll cover the shipping for the first exchange. For additional exchanges, shipping costs are your responsibility.
  • Different Item Exchange: Want something totally different? I'll send you a discount code for the value of your returned item (minus original shipping costs), and you can freely choose a new item from our shop.

Refunds:

  • No Cash Refunds: With the exception of items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. In this case, you have your choice of a replacement or refund.
  • Problem with Your Order? If you receive an item that’s not quite right (like a misprint, manufacturing defect, or the wrong item), contact me within 14 days of delivery. A photo showing the issue will help me quickly sort things out with the printer. In some cases, you might not even need to return the item.
