Shipping & Delivery
Moonly Mojo works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship orders.
Everything offered is made for you after you order it by real people. It will all be created one at a time, made in the exact size, color, and design you've chosen. Doing things this way takes us a bit longer to deliver to you, but making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction.

We ship to the U.S. and its territories, all EU countries, and the UK.
- NOTE: Free Standard Ground shipping is included for all orders over $25/€25/£25. If you want to pay for faster shipping, and faster options are available, you will see them as an option during checkout.
- Note: once a package has left our hands, we are not responsible for any delays caused by Covid-19, severe weather, lost or stolen packages, or any other type of service interruption.
Items in orders may ship separately
Different items we sell ship separately to ensure that they will arrive safely. If you order all shirts, they will ship together. If you order a t-shirt and a mug, they will ship separately. Mugs will always ship separately from apparel items. Please contact me if part of your order is missing, and I will attempt to track it down.
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when your order ships out, which will include a tracking number.
- Please know that it can take 1-2 business days for tracking information to show up. If the status shows "unavailable" after two days, please contact me, and I'll see what I can do.
Damaged items in an order
Please contact me as soon as possible. You must contact me within two weeks (14 days) of your delivery date to make a claim. A photo showing the damage will be required. Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you. Please do not throw away the damaged item or its packaging until the matter is settled.
