This is Ingrid. She is seeking solitude and stillness. Lately, she’s been feeling overwhelmed and a little short-tempered. Ingrid is a people-pleaser and it seems like everyone at work wants her immediate attention. Ingrid has been prioritizing her own needs lately, and she feels so much better! She’s been skiing in this meadow since she could walk, and knew it would be the perfect antidote to the noise of her life. The rhythm of skiing under the full moon is always so soothing! She’s come up here for the week with girlfriends, and they made a pact to stay off their phones and really connect. Tonight, they’re out for a moonlit ski session. Nobody’s talking… everything is quiet except for the swoosh of their skis. This meadow is like an old friend. These mountains are her home. Their enormous size puts everything into perspective.
