Sandy’s Story of Confidence
Meet Sandy. She’s seeking more self-confidence. She had been allowing other people’s opinions to define her. Lately, she’s been doing a lot of soul-searching and has realized the people-pleasing must stop. She's also realized she needs to stop caring so much about what others think, and start relying on her own intuition. Sandy is determined to put her own needs first so she can start to define what’s important all on her own. Right now, she's in her backyard and those big trees are right behind her house. Her family hikes often start right from their back deck. She’s attempting the tree pose (she’s a bit new to yoga) and feeling unshakable under the waxing moon. The full moon is on its way and Sandy can feel her energy (and clarity around the current situation) slowly building. The world seems full of possibilities. Under this growing moon, she feels more optimistic and self-assured.☽
